VA Tech vs. Boise State

Last Monday, Labor Day, Blake and I went to the Virginia Tech/Boise State football game.  It was the season opener- at the time, it was number 3 vs. number 10. 

Virginia Tech ended up losing in the last two minutes but it was a GREAT game.  At the end of the first quarter, they were losing 17-0 so it was an awesome comeback.   The game was at Fedex field and we had incredible seats.  We were on the 48th yardline and in the 24th row.  We paid a fair amount for them but the tickets included an awesome parking pass, free food and free alcohol.

And, we didn't take any pictures during the game.  We were too busy cheering and screaming!  We don't need to talk about how Tech lost to JMU yesterday.  SIGH.  OR, how Penn State lost to Alabama.  It was not a good football weekend in our house. :(  Here's to next weekend!
