Tonight, we had our friends Kate and Kurt over and they brought their goldendoodle Macey to play with Sophie while we watched the playoffs and played some Wii bowling. It's always amazing how much energy the two dogs have when they are together. Perhaps I should be more nervous about the two of them playing as it looks like they may kill each other but I trust both of them. Macey has known Sophie since we brought Sophie home and they get along really well. In fact, they were the ones to introduce us to the breed.
It's been a little while since Sophie has had to share her toys and she had a harder time than she usually does. We're still working on that with her!

The best part of all is after 5 and a half hours of straight playing and us saying, "They've got to crash soon," they eventually did. And they looked like this....
Now, they will both sleep soundly through the night, sleep late tomorrow morning and through most of the day tomorrow!
Yeah, Macey has slept all day...except she woke up when my in-laws came through our door unannounced. More about that later.
